Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies. Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with department heads.
2. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
3. End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment cycle – job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
4. Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice. Develop creative campaigns and content to promote the organization’s culture and values.
5. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters. Monitor KPIs and improve team efficiency and hiring quality.
6. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide periodic reports to management. Use data insights to optimize hiring strategies and reduce turnaround time.
7. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and internal policies. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee data.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, and job portals. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Professional Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
3. Leadership & Behavioral Skills: Ability to lead and motivate recruitment teams. High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.
