Initial Enquiry
Every project begins with you reaching out to us. Whether by phone, email, or our contact form, we make it straightforward to take that first step. We respond to every enquiry within 24 hours to schedule your complimentary discovery call — no commitment required at this stage, and no sales pressure at any stage.
Discovery Consultation
We visit your space — or connect virtually for international or pre-handover clients — for a structured discovery session. We map your brief in depth: how you live, what you love, what is not working in the current space, what life transitions the project needs to accommodate, and what the finished result needs to achieve for your household and your investment.
This is the session where we learn who you are as a household — not just what you want the space to look like. The design that follows is only as specific as the discovery that precedes it.
Proposal & Scope Agreement
Within five working days of the discovery consultation, we present a detailed project proposal — scope of work, fee structure, payment schedule, timeline, and the specific design services your project requires. Everything is clear and committed to in writing before a single design decision is made.
Design Concept
Our lead designer develops a single, authored design concept for your space. Not a mood board collection of references — a specific, original design direction developed in response to your brief, your floor plan, your orientation, and your household's daily life. The material palette, the spatial decisions, the lighting approach, the furniture direction, and the specific interventions that make your apartment or space work at the level you want it to.
We present one concept, not three options. One is the result of genuine design thinking; three is the result of uncertainty about what the brief requires. At Euphoria, the design concept always starts from your specific brief.
Design Development & 3D Visuals
Once the concept is approved, it is developed into the full technical and visual package: detailed architectural drawings, furniture layouts, joinery specifications, lighting circuit plans, material and finish schedules, and photo-realistic 3D visualisations of every principal room. You experience your space completely before anything is built or purchased.
Procurement & Ordering
Once the design is fully approved and signed off, we manage every order across every supplier, manufacturer, and artisan involved in your project. Furniture, custom joinery, lighting, fabrics, accessories, artwork — every item is ordered, tracked, and quality-checked by us. You do not manage a single order, a single supplier relationship, or a single lead time.
Installation & Project Management
We manage the complete installation — coordinating every contractor, trade, supplier, and delivery against the project programme. A dedicated project manager oversees your project from commencement through to completion. Regular site visits, quality inspections against specification at every stage, and milestone sign-offs before any subsequent phase begins.
If an issue arises on site — a material inconsistency, a delivery delay, a contractor query — we resolve it before it reaches you. Our job is to manage the complexity so that your experience of the project is smooth at every stage.
Styling & Final Handover
Procurement and installation complete, we return for the final act: art placement, botanical and plant styling, soft furnishing dressing, surface styling, and the complete opening state that makes the space feel genuinely inhabited from the first day. We hand over your home or commercial space looking exactly as it appeared in the 3D visuals — or better.
Post-Handover Support
We remain available after handover. For the first 30 days, post-handover snagging support is unconditional — any issue that emerges in daily use is identified, logged, and resolved by our team. Beyond 30 days, we remain your trusted design partner for any future project, seasonal refresh, or design question that arises as your life in the space evolves.

How Long Does an Euphoria Interiors Project Take?
Project timelines vary by scope, scale, and the complexity of any structural or custom joinery work involved. As a general guide:
Design consultancy and concept only: 3–6 weeks from discovery to approved concept and full 3D visual package.
Furniture, styling, and soft furnishing only (no structural work): 6–10 weeks from approved concept to styled handover.
Full residential apartment — joinery, renovation, and styling: 12–22 weeks from discovery to handover, depending on bedroom count and scope of bathroom and kitchen work.
Large-format residential (5–7 bedrooms) or full commercial: 16–36 weeks from discovery to handover, depending on the scope of acoustic specification, structural modifications, and custom fabrication.

Do I need to be in Dubai for the project?
No. We work with international clients and off-plan purchasers regularly. We conduct discovery consultations and design presentations virtually, manage the full project on your behalf, and coordinate handover with your property manager or representative in Dubai. Many of our clients have received their completed home without ever visiting the site during construction — and have been completely satisfied with the result.
Can I be involved in design decisions without taking on the management complexity?
Yes — and this is the most common client relationship we manage. You are involved in every decision that matters to you: the design concept, the material palette, the major furniture selections, and the 3D visuals before anything is built. We manage everything else. The goal is for you to make the creative decisions and for us to carry the operational weight.
What happens if I want to change something mid-project?
Changes mid-project are managed through a formal change request process. We assess the impact on scope, cost, and timeline, present you with the implications in writing, and proceed only on your approval. There are no surprises — every change is agreed before it is implemented and costed before it is agreed.
How do you manage project quality on site?
Our project manager conducts quality inspections against the specification at every stage of installation — before joinery is finalised, before flooring is laid, before painting begins, and at every delivery. Any deviation from the specification is identified and resolved before the next phase begins. We do not sign off a phase until it meets the standard the design requires.

The discovery consultation is a 60–90 minute structured session — in your space if you are in Dubai, or virtually if you are international or the project is pre-handover. Your lead designer maps your complete brief: how you live in the space, what the space needs to achieve, which rooms are the priority, what your material and aesthetic preferences are, what your timeline is, and what your investment range is. You leave the session with a clear sense of how we work. We leave with everything we need to write a detailed project proposal within five working days.
How transparent is the pricing?
Completely transparent. Our project proposal itemises every component of the scope — design fees, any mark-up on procurement, project management fees — and commits to a specific total project cost and payment schedule before any work begins. We do not add to the agreed scope without a written change request and your written approval. There are no surprises at handover. Cost management is part of the service, not an afterthought.
Do I have to be based in Dubai for the project?
No. We work with international clients, off-plan purchasers, and overseas investors regularly. Discovery consultations and design presentations are conducted virtually. We manage the full project on your behalf in Dubai, coordinating with your property manager or representative for site access. You review the 3D visuals, approve design decisions, and receive weekly progress updates — all remotely. Many of our international clients have received their completed home without visiting the site during construction.
How many design concepts do you present?
One. We present one authored design concept — developed specifically from your brief, your floor plan, and your household — not three options for you to choose between. What does the post-handover support include?
For 30 days after handover, any issue that emerges in daily use — a fitting that needs adjustment, a piece that arrives with transit damage, a lighting scene that needs recalibration — is identified, logged, and resolved by our team unconditionally. Beyond 30 days, we remain your design partner: available for future project phases, seasonal refresh, or design advice as your life in the space evolves.
