CONTENT STRATEGIST – GROWTH & SOCIAL VIRALITY

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Strategy: Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals, focusing on growth, engagement, and lead generation.

2. Platform Strategy: Identify and prioritize social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Threads, X, etc.) based on audience profiles and growth potential.

3. Content System Setup: Build a scalable content pipeline using tools like Notion or Trello for streamlined ideation, production, and publishing workflows.

4. Viral Hook Development: Craft compelling hooks, headlines, and storytelling structures inspired by top-performing content frameworks to boost virality.

5. Content Repurposing: Transform long-form assets (blogs, podcasts, webinars) into multiple short-form, platform-specific content pieces.

6. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, video editors, writers, and marketers to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

7. Audience Research: Conduct deep research into ideal customer profiles, identifying their pain points, language patterns, and content triggers.

8. Trend Spotting: Track industry trends and leverage timely opportunities to create relevant, share-worthy content.

9. Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, analyze reach/engagement data, and refine strategies for higher CTRs, shares, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Content Expertise: Strong grasp of content psychology, audience engagement principles, and social platform algorithms.

2. Copywriting & Storytelling: Proven ability to create research-driven, audience-first narratives that resonate and convert.

3. Growth Hacking: Understanding of organic reach strategies and tactics to rapidly scale targeted audiences.

4. Tool Proficiency: Experience with Notion, Canva, Buffer/Later, Meta Business Suite, Figma (basic), and ChatGPT; familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization.

5. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

6. Communication & Coordination: Strong collaboration skills for working with creative and marketing teams across functions.

7. Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1–4 years in content strategy, social media growth, or digital marketing. Portfolio demonstrating past work and results is (Mandatory)

100+ marketing-qualified leads via content

At least 3 influencer/community collaborations per month
