Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Requirement Understanding: Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
2. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
4. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials.
5. Client Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
6. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
7. CRM Management: Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
8. Inquiry Response: Attending daily and regular calls and promptly responding to inquiry messages.
9. Email Management: Respond to daily emails consistently and ensure every inquiry is addressed.
Skills & Qualification:
1. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Design Understanding: Ability to understand and present design concepts effectively.
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of interior design and sales processes is a plus.
5. Lead Management: Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
6. Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role. (Mandatory)
