To design a high-end, Airbnb-ready living room that will be European in style and have a practical rental appeal.
Lifestyle Preferences: Down-to-earth, sophisticated, and harmonious living that is balanced between the art and the practical.
Design Taste/Style: cozy and warm neutrals with Parisian-inspired details, age accents, and light gold details.

About this Space

This residential project blended the European charm with modern functionality. The client’s desire was to create a home which reflects calm sophistication and warmth. The design reflects on refinement, comfort and aesthetics. It would use soft palette and muted neutrals. The project had faced a challenge with a tight budget. In addition the aim was to make it ideal for Airbnb hosting. However, the designers work carefully, and balanced functionality and elegance. It assured consistency throughout and included durable materials which need low maintenance.
