Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Needs Alignment: Understand client needs and align offerings by collaborating with internal design and project teams to ensure customized solutions.
2. Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and potential partnerships. Coordinate closely with the pre-sales team on a daily basis to guide them and streamline the sales path.
3. Proposal Submission: Prepare and share tailored proposals, presentation lines, mood boards, and quotations based on the client’s requirements and project expectations.
4. Client Servicing: Ensure timely follow-ups, maintain excellent communication, and deliver outstanding client service to ensure satisfaction and trust.
5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners to enhance repeat business and referrals.
6. Performance Tracking and Target Achievement: Track individual and team performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
7. Strategic Sales Development: Develop and implement targeted sales and business development strategies to support company growth and market penetration.
8. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, client demands, and areas for potential growth and innovation.

1. Business Closing Skills: Proven ability to identify, pitch, and successfully close new business opportunities with a client-first approach.
2. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong abilities in negotiation, networking, and building trust.
3. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the interior design industry, customer preferences, and evolving market dynamics.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM platforms, sales tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis/reporting tools.
5. Work Ethic and Independence: Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setup while delivering consistent results.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or luxury services sectors. (Mandatory)
