Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients and establish a clear line of communication.
2. Requirement Gathering: Understand and document client requirements, preferences, and design expectations.
3. Design Coordination: Coordinate with the Design and 3D Visualization teams to align outputs with client needs.
4. Review Drawings and Scope: Review design drawings, BOQs, and project scope to ensure alignment with client expectations and project standards.
5. Project Scheduling & Delivery: Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on or before the agreed schedule.
6. Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality to ensure it meets company standards and client commitments.
7. Site Coordination: Visit project sites regularly, take accurate site measurements, and coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams for smooth project execution.

1. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
2. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Technical & Design Knowledge: Strong knowledge of design concepts, materials, and construction processes.
4. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, autocad, canva, basic sketch up, photoshop, project management tools, and design coordination software (preferred).
5. Project Management & Independence: Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Language Proficiency: Hindi and English
8. Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License for site visits and client meetings.
9. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision, quality, and project accuracy.
10. Passionate & Motivated: Self-driven individual with a passion for design and project excellence.
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in Interior Design or Project Coordination (Mandatory)
