Who we are
“Every Dubai Marina apartment we design begins the same way by listening. To how you live, what you love, and what makes a space feel like home to you. The marina view is the gift the building gives you. The interior is the gift we give back.”

Founder & Principal Designer of Euphoria Interiors
Designed around you
As an interior design company in Dubai Marina, we know your apartment is shaped by more than four walls. It is shaped by the lift you share with 30 floors of neighbours, the marina view that floods your living room with afternoon glare, and the service-charge committee that approves every renovation. We design around all of it — from compact studios in Marina Diamonds to penthouses in Princess Tower, our approach is consistent: measure twice, specify once, and walk every site personally before we design.
Your taste leads, our craft follows.
Measured and considered, never imposed.
Quality is something we see, not report.

Most people searching for an interior design company in Dubai Marina assume costs will track Downtown or Business Bay. They will not. Marina apartments cost more to design well, and the reasons are structural.
According to JLL’s UAE Living 2026 report, Marina apartments sell for an average of AED 2,061 to AED 2,661 per square foot, with premium waterfront towers exceeding AED 3,000 per sqft. Studios start from AED 350,000 in older Marina inventory; one-bedrooms range from AED 1.6 million to AED 3.6 million depending on tower and view. Service charges in Marina towers run AED 14 to AED 28 per square foot per year (LuxeHaven, 2026), among the highest in the city. These structural realities directly affect what an interior fit-out should cost: when you pay AED 2,500 per sqft for the apartment, spending AED 50 per sqft on the interior is false economy.
| Project Type | Typical Range | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Studio (450–650 sqft) | AED 60K – 140K | 8–10 weeks |
| 1–2BHK (Cayan, Princess, Le Reve) | AED 110K – 420K | 10–14 weeks |
| Penthouse (Marina Gate, Cayan crown) | AED 320K – 900K+ | 14–20 weeks |
| Office (DMCC, Marina Plaza) | AED 220K – 1.3M+ | 10–18 weeks |
| Café / F&B (Marina Walk) | AED 380K – 1.6M+ | 14–22 weeks |
Three reasons. First, Marina apartments average higher floors with stricter wind-load specifications for furniture, fabric, and any external balcony work. Second, marine air carries salt that degrades unprotected metal hardware within 24 months unless powder-coated or stainless. Third, Marina service charges and committee processes are stricter (and slower) than newer districts which means designers familiar with the building rules deliver value other firms cannot.
Before requesting any quote, identify your tower and your unit’s orientation (marina-facing, gulf-facing, or community-facing). The orientation alone changes 30–40% of the specification list. The right interior design company in Dubai Marina will ask you this on the first call.
After fourteen years working as interior design consultants in Dubai Marina and across Dubai, here are the patterns we see repeated in every Marina tower. Each mistake costs money, time, or both.
Ask any firm you shortlist whether they have completed projects in your specific tower or in any of the canal-cluster buildings. If the answer is no, factor that learning curve into your timeline.
Most owners shortlist interior design firms in Dubai Marina based on portfolio aesthetics. That is the wrong filter. Aesthetics can be matched. Local execution capability cannot. Use these five questions instead.
This separates firms with local knowledge from firms who treat your apartment as a learning exercise. Ask specifically about Cayan, Princess, Marina 101, Marina Gate, or Le Reve.
Marina towers vary. Cayan’s OA approves quickly with full drawings; Princess Tower takes longer due to volume of units; Marina Gate has different rules per phase. A real answer mentions specific timelines per building. A vague answer means they will figure it out at your expense.
Listen for words like UV-rated drapery, heat-resistant upholstery, dual-zone cooling, salt-air-rated metals, and sample testing under apartment lighting. Generic answers are a red flag.
Reputable firms tie payments to deliverables, not calendar weeks. Avoid anyone asking for more than 30% upfront.
Recent references from Cayan, Princess, or Marina Gate reveal current execution quality. Old references reveal nothing.
Send these five questions by email to every firm you shortlist. Compare the responses, not the proposals. The depth of the answers tells you more than any moodboard ever will.
Most Dubai Marina residential inventory is now 12 to 18 years old. Marina Walk Tower, Marina Crown, and Princess Tower were completed between 2008 and 2012. Many apartments are entering their first major renovation cycle. Newer developments like Marina Gate (2018) and Marina Shores (2025+) sit alongside older stock in the same canal cluster. The question is not whether to design. The question is how much to redo.
| Scope | Best For | Typical Spend | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cosmetic refresh | Marina Gate, Vida, newer towers | AED 50K–100K | 4–6 weeks |
| Partial renovation | Cayan Tower kitchens, Princess bathrooms | AED 130K–280K | 8–12 weeks |
| Full strip-out | Marina Walk, Crown, older Princess units | AED 250K–550K+ | 14–18 weeks |
| New design | Off-plan handovers, fresh inventory | AED 170K–900K+ | 10–16 weeks |
According to GuestReady’s 2026 data, holiday-let yields in Marina towers reach 8.5–11% gross when the apartment is presented well. A AED 250K renovation that lifts your nightly rate from AED 600 to AED 850 pays back inside 18 months. The math rewards investment in finish.
Audit your apartment before deciding scope. Photograph every joinery edge, tap fitting, AC vent, and floor transition. A reputable interior design company in Dubai Marina will use that audit to recommend the smallest scope that delivers what you need not the largest scope they can sell you.
When we delivered Marina Skyline Apartment at Cayan Tower, the brief was unusual. The apartment came with one of the most distinctive architectural shells in Dubai every floor of Cayan Tower rotates 1.2 degrees from the floor below, which means no two windows in the building catch the light identically. Our job was not to override the architecture. It was to give the rotating geometry a quieter interior to live inside.
Compare that to Burj Views in Downtown, where the client wanted maximalist drama against Burj Khalifa views. Or The Meridian House, where restraint was the entire concept. Or The Bold Affair at Marriott Marquis Creek, where the brief asked for theatrical materials and high-contrast surfaces.
Four projects, four districts, four entirely different design philosophies. Zero shared concept. That is the standard a discerning Marina buyer should look for in any interior design studios in Dubai Marina they shortlist: portfolio diversity that proves the firm authors original concepts for each project, rather than recycling a house style.
Cayan Tower needs interiors that work with the rotating geometry. Princess Tower’s 763 units share the same plan a thousand times the design opportunity is differentiation. Marina 101’s art-deco crown demands a more formal interior register. Marina Gate’s clean modern shell rewards minimal interventions. Each tower deserves a different answer.
When reviewing any firm’s portfolio, look for the opposite of consistency. Variety is the proof of authorship. Sameness is the proof of templating. Browse our full portfolio to see how 100+ projects across Dubai look and how few of them look alike.
