About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing projects from concept to completion. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of architectural principles to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility.
  • Prepare detailed blueprints and 3D models using design software.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design standards.
  • Research materials, building codes, and sustainability practices for efficient designs.
  • Coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Present design proposals and modifications to clients for approval.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety guidelines, and zoning laws.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Strong visualization, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Prior experience working on residential, commercial, or interior projects is preferred.
