This Casa Loca 3 BHK apartment redesign focuses on enhancing functionality and aesthetics while incorporating the client’s existing elements. The kitchen will be upgraded with refined finishes, improved storage, and an updated layout, while the dining area will retain the existing artwork and dining table with the addition of a working table and breakfast counter. Bedroom 2 will be converted into a family lounge, reusing the existing sofa and introducing a cohesive marble-inspired design with new storage elements. Overall, the design aims to create a cohesive, practical, and visually refined living environment.

Requirements

Project Casa Loca was a 3 BHK transformation focused on enhancing functionality and maintaining the aesthetics. The client desire includes modern, expressive home which works with the existing elements with smart storage and enhanced space plan. The key challenge was to balance quirky, gothic style preference with clean and cohesive design. The problem was solved using focused curation, layered lights, neutral palettes, simple layout and luxury finish. Adapting the existing elements and using the right upgrades, the design emerged with the right balance of character, and calm sophistication.
