About the role

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to bring creative design concepts to life through high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for interior and architectural projects.
Work closely with designers and architects to translate design concepts into realistic visual representations.
Develop mood boards, textures, lighting, and materials for 3D models.
Ensure accuracy in measurements, proportions, and design details.
Make necessary modifications and refinements based on client or team feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends, software, and visualization techniques.
Maintain organized files and project documentation.

Skills & Qualification

Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, shading, and rendering techniques.
Ability to create realistic interior and exterior visualizations.
Basic knowledge of architectural drawings, layouts, and detailing.
Creativity and attention to detail in design aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D visualization, interior rendering, or architectural visualization.
Prior experience working with interior designers, architects, or design studios is preferred.
