About the role

Are you a WordPress Developer who can turn clean code into beautiful, functional designs?

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Strong hands-on experience in WordPress development (2+ years)
2️⃣ Ability to write clean, custom code and convert designs into responsive WordPress websites
3️⃣ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript & PHP
4️⃣ Experience with custom themes & plugin development
5️⃣ Strong understanding of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility 📱
6️⃣ Knowledge of page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg / WPBakery – as needed)
7️⃣ Understanding of website performance optimization & security best practices ⚙️
8️⃣ Experience with SEO-friendly development is a plus

Skills & Qualification

✅ Develop, customize & maintain WordPress websites
✅ Convert Figma / XD / PSD designs into WordPress with high accuracy 🎨
✅ Write clean, scalable & well-documented code
✅ Ensure website speed, security & performance optimization
✅ Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues & provide ongoing support
✅ Collaborate with designers & content teams for seamless execution 🤝
✅ Ensure high-quality UI/UX and mobile responsiveness
✅ Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for web & mobile applications
✅ Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
✅ Create wireframes, prototypes & design systems
✅ Ensure consistency across products and platforms
✅ Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility & quality execution
✅ Conduct basic user research, usability testing & design iterations
✅ Stay updated with latest design trends & best practices

Experience

1️⃣ 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
2️⃣ Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools
3️⃣ Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity UI designs
4️⃣ Solid understanding of UX principles, usability & accessibility standards
5️⃣ Experience designing responsive web & mobile interfaces 📱💻
6️⃣ Strong visual design skills – typography, color, layout & spacing
7️⃣ Ability to collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders 🤝
8️⃣ Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
