About the role

We are looking for a talented Figma Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into visually appealing, user-friendly digital experiences. You should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to turn ideas into clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces using Figma.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and project goals
Develop and maintain scalable design components and style guides
Translate complex ideas into simple and elegant user experiences
Conduct user research and usability testing (optional based on role scope)
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results
Ensure visual consistency across platforms and devices
Participate in design reviews and contribute creative, strategic input

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
Strong proficiency in Figma and related design tools
Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and interaction design
Portfolio showcasing UI or product design work (required)
Ability to solve design problems creatively and effectively
Knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, and user flows
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus
Experience with user research, testing, or UX writing is a plus

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Figma Designer / UI Designer.
