About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landing Page Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-converting landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and high-performing landing pages.
Optimize landing pages for conversion rates, user engagement, and SEO.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align designs with brand identity and campaign goals.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to improve page effectiveness.
Ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
Use UX/UI best practices to enhance usability and design aesthetics.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and web technologies.

Skills & Qualification

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for implementing designs.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization techniques.
Experience with A/B testing tools and data-driven design improvements.
Familiarity with website builders like Webflow, WordPress, or Unbounce (preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in landing page design, UI/UX design, or web design.
Experience in designing pages for marketing campaigns, lead generation, or e-commerce is a plus.
