Cityscape Viewpoint is a 3000 sqft Modern Contemporary 3BHK design at Al Furjan, Dubai, planned around a neutral base with one considered accent per bedroom and a considered living and dining volume as the primary hosting zone.
The palette holds cream, warm oak, soft neutral upholstery, brass hardware, and one signature accent per secondary bedroom, layered against textured feature walls, sculptural pendant lighting through the plan and city view glazing carrying natural light into every room.

Our story
The brief was for a considered 3 bedroom apartment with a shared neutral palette across every zone and one distinctive accent per bedroom to give each room its own identity within the wider language.
The intent was elegance held with restraint. A living and dining volume set up for daily use and evening hosting, a master bedroom that reads restful and considered, and secondary bedrooms that each hold a distinctive personality without leaving the shared design frame.
The palette was set early. Cream, warm oak, soft neutral upholstery, brass hardware and one accent tone per secondary bedroom, with sculptural pendant lighting doing the atmospheric work rather than fixtures dropped from a single ceiling scheme.
The living and dining had to hold three functions in one continuous volume. A television wall for daily use, a considered dining setup for evenings, a bar cabinet folded into the joinery for hosting, and none of them allowed to compete for the same corner of the room.
The secondary bedrooms were to read as related but distinct. Shared warm oak flooring, shared brass hardware, shared approach to layered lighting, and one signature accent per room carrying its own atmospheric identity.
Read as considered 3 bedroom apartment interior design, the real request was character across every room inside one considered scheme.
A 3 bedroom apartment held to a considered standard is a harder brief than a single luxury bedroom.
In a plan this size every room carries its own function, its own occupant, and its own atmospheric requirement, and the challenge is to hold every one of them inside a shared design language without any of the rooms turning identical or unrelated.
The living and dining carried the primary constraint. Three functions in one continuous volume without partitions means the zones had to be separated through furniture placement, sightlines and lighting rather than through walls, and any decision that failed to hold that boundary would collapse the room into a single crowded space.
The master bedroom carried the second discipline. A neutral palette held to a restful standard is unforgiving because reduction alone becomes cold, so the plan needed the beige geometric panelled feature wall as its atmospheric anchor to give the room the depth it would otherwise have lacked.
The secondary bedrooms carried the third challenge. Each one needed a distinctive identity inside the shared scheme, and getting a sage green and tan register in one room and a pink pattern register in another to sit inside the same design language required each accent to be selected against the whole apartment rather than chosen in isolation.
The bathrooms were the last constraint. A considered guest bathroom in a plan this size had to lift into the same finish standard as the wider apartment rather than reading as service space kept out of view.
Euphoria Interiors resolved the plan by locking the neutral palette across every zone and letting each bedroom express one signature accent inside that shared language.
The living and dining settled around a considered open plan. Because a bedroom is a room that has to hold up across many hours a day and many years of use, and a strong colour palette is exhausting to live with regardless of how well it photographs.At Cityscape Viewpoint the master bedroom carries cream walls, warm oak flooring, soft neutral upholstery and a considered dressing corner alongside.The atmospheric depth arrives through a beige geometric panelled feature wall behind the bed rather than through a strong colour on the walls.The panelling gives the room the rhythm and depth that colour would normally do, brass hardware picks up the metallic register without competing with the neutral base, and sculptural lighting overhead gives the room a warm read after dark that a coloured scheme would have struggled to hold.The palette also ages more forgivingly. Soft furnishings can be refreshed against a base that does not compete with them, and the room does not need to be rebuilt because the palette was never anchored to one specific moment in time.

It turns an occasional hosting requirement into a permanent piece of the plan.A dining that relies on side tables and portable trolleys for drinks reads temporary the moment guests arrive, and the household ends up reorganising the room for every occasion rather than using the plan as designed.At Cityscape Viewpoint the bar cabinet folds into the joinery on the shared wall between the living and the dining. Glassware, bottles and hosting accessories have a permanent home behind considered doors, and the room reads set up for entertaining without needing to be rearranged before guests arrive.The bar also becomes a design element in its own right. A considered cabinet with textured wood detailing, integrated lighting inside, and a stone counter finish gives the plan a piece of joinery to look at rather than a piece of furniture to hide.That distinction is what makes a residential dining feel considered rather than merely functional, and it applies at every scale of apartment where hosting is part of the everyday use of the home.
Cityscape Viewpoint ran to a twelve week start to end timeline.The scope covered concept, spatial planning, joinery drawings, material specification, lighting design, sourcing and styling across the living and dining, three bedrooms and the guest bathroom.Each workstream ran alongside the others rather than in sequence, which is what keeps a twelve week timeline realistic on a plan with this level of specification across a multi zone home.The palette was the discipline that kept the plan cohesive across the compressed schedule. Once cream, warm oak, soft neutral upholstery, brass hardware and the accent register per bedroom were fixed as the range, each room could be specified against a known material palette rather than chosen from scratch each time.The joinery was the primary driver of the delivery sequence. The bar cabinet in the living and dining, the wardrobes in the bedrooms, the vanity in the bathroom and the dressing corner in the master bedroom all had to be drawn, ordered and installed in a coordinated sequence, which is what allowed twelve weeks to hold across a plan of this size.
