Loft Helvetia
This project was developed for a Switzerland-based client, with a clear vision of creating an industrial loft-style residence. The design scope included multiple zones such as the living room, dining area, guest bedroom, and an office-cum-library space, each required to follow a cohesive and unified design language. In addition to the interior spaces, the project extended to the outdoor area, where landscaping played a key role. Elements such as a pool, water feature, pergola, decking, and outdoor lounge seating were incorporated to enhance the overall living experience. The design intent was to achieve an open, fluid spatial layout while reflecting the raw, sleek, and understated character of industrial loft aesthetics through materiality, finishes, and spatial planning.
