Requirements

Maison Bleu emerged as a milestone project. The project belonged from Dubai large scale residence which needed cohesive design language throughout. Shared kid studies, distinct bedroom palettes, smart kitchen and welcoming entry, everything was in vision of client. But the challenge was to turn that into real-life design. Multiple opinions from the client side brought the real-challenge. We had to bring all the opinions into one unified direction. There were moments when we felt that the design was unravelling in a faster way than we could connect it together. Certain elements needed rethinking mid-way. The practical gaps and communication gaps were also experienced. However, each of these drawbacks strengthened our approach. When the storm was over, Maison Bleu proudly stood something beyond just a finished project. It required our full immersion into complex real-residential design. Finally, the space was balanced, functional and highly personal. Every revision was worth its time in end.

The client requested a modern family home that balances luxury aesthetics with practical daily living, while maximizing natural light and storage.

The villa had poor circulation flow, underutilized storage, and fragmented living spaces.
