This penthouse rental project focuses on efficient, design-led furnishing across two levels within a tight two-week timeline. The lower floors are styled in a calm, luxury boho aesthetic, balancing comfort with curated furniture, lighting, and greenery. The upper level introduces bold, expressive spaces, including a statement master bedroom and a vibrant gaming room. The design blends functionality with personality, creating a dynamic yet cohesive living environment tailored to varied moods and experiences.

About this Space

The Bold Affair project is a penthouse rental. It was to be decided within a two-week timeline. It would blend calm luxury Boho aesthetics with two level functional planning. The lower flood would have living and meditation and outdoor space. The upper level would have a master bedroom, and secondary lounge. Key challenges included tight deadline, client visualisation and numerous revisions. The design became successful with the help of efficient planning, communication and refined home. The project successfully brought together the design with comfort, functionality within a unified approach.
